Mark Chapman, aged 56, Chairman
Mark Chapman has been involved in investing in the Far East for nearly 20 years. In 1994 he won the Micropal Award as the Far East Fund Manager of the year and in the same year his investment team at Chartfield Investment Management Limited won the Micropal Smaller Company Award. From 1995 until 1999 he was a Director of Powerhouse Resources Inc. which constructed and commissioned a Power Station in Guandong Province China. Mark Chapman is a director of a number of private and publicly quoted companies. As the chairman of China Wonder Limited, Mark Chapman is responsible for strategic management advice and investor relations.
Qingdong Zeng, aged 47, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Zeng has been the Company’s director since March 27, 2007 and CEO since December 2008. He has also been the president of our subsidiary Jinzhou Wonder Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. since 2004. From July 1988 to May 1994, he held teaching position at the Automotive College of Liaoning University of Technology. Mr. Zeng has over 16 years experience in enterprise management and over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. Mr. Zeng has also been the director of Jinheng Automotive Safety Technology Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since October 2004. He also serves as a director and CSO of Wonder Auto Technology, Inc., a company listed on NASDAQ. Mr. Zeng is a professor-level senior engineer and an expert who has been awarded with the PRC State Council Special Allowance. Mr. Zeng received a master degree in engineering science from Jilin University in 1988.
Qiang Hao, aged 40, Executive Director and CFO Senior accountant, CPA, Certified Tax Accountant, Member of Liaoning Tax Payment Evaluation System Base. He graduated from Northeast Accounting Institute of Finance and Economics. Having worked in Jinzhou Kaite Limited, Liaoning Xinxin Public Accountant Firm, Shanghai Anshun Tax Accountant Firm and Jinzhou Wonder Packing Machinery Co., Ltd, he has rich experiences in financial control, financial auditing and capital market deals. He is also the director of Jinzhou Wonder Packing Machinery Co., Ltd, Jinzhou Wonder Moulding Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Jinzhou Wonder Science and Tech Development Co., Ltd. Hailin Liang, aged 46, Executive Director Mr. Hailin Liang is the director and general manager of Jinzhou Wonder Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. He graduated from Liaoning University of Tech and Engineering and his major was automotive engineering. He is a senior engineer. In 2004, Mr. Liang founded Jinzhou Wonder Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd and has been the general manager since then. At the beginning, there were only a dozen employees and hundreds of thousands of assets in RMB. Now Wonder Equipment is a well-known manufacturer in bespoke and special equipments used in China auto spare parts industry with more than one hundred employees and assets of Renminbi sixteen million yuan. These changes take them less than five years. Meanwhile Mr. Liang is also a technologist. He has rich practical experience and versed theory. He has won several laurels such as progress prize in science and technology—three times, six product patents, the title of outstanding excellent boffin in Jinzhou. He wrote a book named Design on Vehicle Shock Absorbers and also enjoys special state allowance. He is also the director of Jinzhou Wonder Moulding Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Jinzhou Wonder Science and Tech Development Co., Ltd.
James Wolfson, aged 56, Non-Executive Director James Wolfson was raised and educated in Zimbabwe and South Africa, and qualified as a South African solicitor, practising in local and international tax trusts and private client. James moved to the Isle of Man from South Africa in 1996, continuing his career and requalifying as an English solicitor, acting as in-house legal counsel to a well known private bank in the Isle of Man. James moved to Jersey in 2002, continuing with his career. James was appointed as a director of China Wonder Limited on the 15th November 2006.
Roberto Sidnei Cunha Lima, aged 53, Non-Executive Director Brazilian with permanent permission to live and work in Germany, he is a mechanical engineer with post-graduation in Marketing Administration. He has been working in automotive industry with the position from development technician, sales manager, engineering manager and key account manager. The companies he had served are TRW Automotive do Brasil S/A, Cofap Companhia Fabricadora do Peças, Durametallic do Brasil Industria e Comercio, Sachs Automotive Brasil Ltd, Magneti Marelli Cofap and Magneti Marelli Powertrain GmbH.
