Mark Chapman, aged 55, Chairman
Mark Chapman has been involved in investing in the Far East for 15 years. In 1994 he won the Micropal Award as the Far East Fund Manager of the year and in the same year his investment team at Chartfield Investment Management Limited won the Micropal Smaller Company Award. From 1995 until 1999 he was a Director of Powerhouse Resources Inc. which constructed and commissioned a Power Station in Guandong Province China. In 1997 he was one of the founders of LMM Limited which, in October 2000 was reorganised and introduced to AIM as Cyberchina Holdings plc, now CYC Holdings plc. In addition to his role as Investment Manager of CYC, Mark Chapman is a director of a number of private and publicly quoted companies. He is also Chief Executive of Sinovation plc, a company in which CCM has an investment and which owns ultra sonic data input proprietary information sourced from China.

Zhao Qing Jie, aged 51, Chief Executive Officer
Zhao Qing Jie is a senior professor and teacher of master graduate student in Automotive Department of Liaoning Institute of Technology. He has worked in university, research institute and enterprise. Zhao Qingjie is the Chairman and principal shareholder of the Jinzhou Wonder Industrial (Group) Co., Limited, a large manufacturing group based in Jinzhou. The principal activity of the group is the development and manufacture of products including safety bags, shock absorbers and electronic starting systems for the automotive industry. It is one of the largest non-government companies in Jinzhou with annual sales of approximately ¡ê34 million. Mr. Zhao has worked in several production enterprises as a director, and has more than 19 years of management experience in both state-owned and private automotive and packing enterprises. He is the chairman of Wonder Auto Technology, Inc. whose shares were listed and traded on OTCBB USA on June, 2006 and transferred to NASDAQ on Nov. 7, 2007. He is also executive director of Jinheng Auto Safety System Holding Co., Ltd whose shares were listed and traded on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2004.

Miao Guo Jun, aged 36, Operations Director
Miao Guo Jun is the General Manager of WP. He joined WP in October 1998 becoming Head of the Technical Department and then assistant to the general manager before being appointed as General Manager in 2002. Miao Guo Jun was one of the principal designers of the DPH130 machine, which is the best selling bubble cap packer machine for WP, and the DXDK900 machine, a bag packing machine sold by WP, and was responsible for implementing the procedures which led to WP obtaining ISO9001 accreditation.
As the operations director of China Wonder Limited, Miao Guojun is responsible for operational issues and in particular acts as the general manager of WP. |
Zeng Qingdong, aged 45, Non-executive Director
Zeng Qing is general manager and director of Jinzhou Wonder Auto Suspension System Co., Ltd. He graduated from Jilin University with a master degree in Automotive. Zeng Qingdong has more than ten years management experience in both large state owned companies and private holding companies. From 1994 to 1997, he worked as the deputy director of Jinzhou Shock Absorber Main Plant in charge of technique. From 1997 till now, he has been the general manager of Jinzhou Wonder Auto Suspension System Co., Ltd. Zeng Qingdong is also a director of the companies such as Jinzhou Wanyou Mechanical Parts Co.Ltd, Jinzhou Wonder Machinery Equipment Ltd and Jinzheng Auto Safety System Holding Co.Ltd whose shares are listed and traded on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In addition Zeng Qingdong has been granted¡± Expert¡± status by the Government which entitles him to a special stipend. |
Sun Xiao, (Tom Sun), aged 46, Non-Executive Director
Sun Xiao is Deputy President of Hong Ta Financial Investment Co., Ltd and HongTa Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd. He graduated from Shandong Polytechnic University with a B.Sc. degree in Engineering and later received his master of Economics from Beijing Economic and Trade University. Sun Xiao has more than ten years' management experience in large state owned companies in the medical and chemical industries including serving as executive president of Shandong Xinhua Medical Instrument Company. From 1997-2000 Sun Xiao worked as the Minister's Secretary at the Ministry of the Chemical Industry, and office director of the State Bureau for Light Industry. His considerable experience has helped him develop an in-depth understanding of China's industries and a wide range of relationships with top organisations in China. Sun Xiao is also a director of Sinovation Plc, a company whose shares are traded on OFEX and of two companies whose shares are traded on the China 'A Share' market, the main Chinese market, currently for domestic investors only. |
James Wolfson, aged 54, Non-Executive Director
James Wolfson was raised and educated in Zimbabwe and South Africa, and qualified as a South African solicitor, practising in local and international tax trusts and private client. James moved to the Isle of Man from South Africa in 1996, continuing has career and requalifying as an English solicitor, acting as in-house legal counsel to a well known private bank in the Isle of Man. James moved to Jersey in 2002, continuing with his career. James was appointed as a director of China Wonder Limited on the 15th November 2006. |
